About the Opportunity (Position Profile available here)
In collaboration with CEO, Artis Stevens and the BBBSA senior leadership team, The Chief Agency Growth Officer will be a key partner in driving organizational growth with impact over the next five years under a new strategic plan. This leader will focus on operational efficiency and mission alignment to advance the reach of its federated network of 230+ agencies.
A strategic and enterprise-minded manager, this person will have a commitment to fostering inclusive environments and a personal motivation for empowering youth. Working in tandem with the recently appointed Chief Impact Officer, this leader will ensure key programmatic metrics strengthen agency operational best practices to inform growth strategies. They will ensure that all agency leaders are informed, engaged, and supported in their role as it relates to enterprise-wide initiatives.
The strongest candidates will be results oriented, innovative and mission driven team players. Ideally, individuals will have proven expertise in operational growth and performance management roles across complex non-profit organizations or similarly organized (federated or franchise) for-profits.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is
$175,000 - $200,000 with a competitive benefits package.
