Chief Executive Officer
WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION.
About Wynne Health Group
The Wynne Health Group (WHG) is a mission-driven health policy consultancy focused on improving health and wellbeing for all. The firm was founded in 2018 to fill the need for a truly integrated team of policy and advocacy experts who seamlessly combine in-depth policy mastery with “insiders’” political acumen and intelligence. With offices across the country, the firm has a decidedly un-Washington approach to solving challenges and realizing opportunities for its clients. WHG applies its core values to every aspect of its work: social responsibility, service, integrity, innovation, teamwork, and balance.
The firm has accomplished tremendous success while expanding social impact. For the past two calendar years, revenues exceeded $3 million, with profit margins of approximately 30 percent. Over 30 percent of firm clients are large health care foundations such as the Commonwealth Fund and Arnold Ventures. Another approximate third of revenue comes from nonprofit health care providers like the Cleveland Clinic and Children’s Hospital Colorado. The firm offers a growing pro bono program and contributes five percent of profits to charitable organizations dedicated to improving health access and equity.
Recent client successes include securing over $80 million to support pediatric mental health, over $500,000 for a children’s hospital’s black health initiative, 1,000 new Medicare-funded residency positions to expand the health care workforce and assisting a client with attaining participation in a demonstration program that addresses social determinants of health. In recent months, our firm has published analysis and commentary on reproductive rights, mental health, and maternal health, among many other issues we prioritize as part of our mission, on widely read platforms such as Health Affairs.
With entrepreneurialism in its DNA, WHG founded and maintains one of the largest known databases of health policy analysis, Policy Hub. First created in 2013, Policy Hub houses tens of thousands of discrete analyses of developments dating to before passage of the Affordable Care Act in a robust, multivariant searchable format. Hub also delivers to all WHG clients a daily newsletter encapsulating the firm’s work from the prior business day. This subscription-based product presents considerable opportunity to scale the firm’s reach and impact.
