Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) seeks a strategic, visionary, and equity-minded executive who will provide comprehensive human resources and organizational leadership as the Vice President for Equity, Culture, and Talent (VPECT). Reporting to the President, the Vice President will advance the PGCC strategic plan to operationalize and embed Equity, Culture, and Talent (ECT) activities across the campus. In alignment with the vision and mission of this dynamic community, the VPECT will assist in balancing maximum participation and inclusive decision-making with clear lines of accountability. The VPECT leads a team of seven direct reports who are responsible for diversity, labor relations, shared governance, and professional development of the college community. As a senior leader on campus, the VPECT will have the opportunity to shape policies and processes that will build upon existing strengths of the human resources and Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) teams to elevate key ECT initiatives and among all campus stakeholders.
