Senior Associate Vice President for Development, Constituent Programs

The Division of University Advancement and the Office of Development at Miami University seeks an innovative and talented leader to serve as the Senior Associate Vice President for Development, Constituent Programs. This search is being run simultaneously with a search for a Senior Associate Vice President for Development, Central Programs. These positions are an outstanding opportunity for two experienced and dynamic leaders to shape the Office of Development and guide the launch of the public phase of Miami’s one-billion-dollar capital campaign.

Miami University, an original Public Ivy and Top 50 National Public University, is engaged in a transformative and data-informed strategic effort to raise the University’s impact and profile by further strengthening undergraduate student success, expanding graduate programs, increasing research productivity, enhancing its relationship with the local community, and taking bold action on equity and inclusion initiatives. The SAVP for Constituent Programs will report to the Vice President of Advancement and will collaborate with the SAVP for Central Programs to form a dynamic leadership team that is fully committed to Miami’s role in the future of higher education, Ohio, and the nation, at a time when Miami’s student success, academic excellence, research, and economic and community engagement have never been stronger.
