Germantown Academy, America’s oldest nonsectarian day school, was founded in 1759. GA is a PreK-12th Grade, coed, college preparatory school serving more than 1,220 students on 126 acres in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, a close suburb of Philadelphia. Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Institutional Advancement is a strategic, collaborative leader who is responsible for the management of a 12-person staff, creating and implementing all stewardship and fundraising programs undertaken by the school as well as directing the Alumni, Parent Relations, Communications, and Marketing departments.
