Vice President for Campus Life and Dean of Students

Arcadia University, a top-ranked private university in Greater Philadelphia and a national leader in international education invites applications and nominations for the Vice President for Campus Life and Dean of Students. Reporting to President Ajay Nair, the new Vice President for Campus Life and Dean of Students, (VPCL) is charged with exercising transformational leadership; designing and implementing a holistic and comprehensive student engagement strategy; motivating and inspiring staff; developing collaborative relationships internally and externally; optimizing technology; and modeling values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and inclusion.  The Vice President will lead a division of 60 full and part time staff, manage an operating budget of $3.3 million, and oversee the student affairs enterprise that serves a vibrant community of approximately 3,000 students, including 1,800 undergraduate students and 1,200 graduate students. The new Vice President will join the Presidential Cabinet, one of the most diverse and influential teams in higher education today.
