Jennifer Consilvio

Executive Finance Director

We partnered with MomsRising on the search for an Executive Finance Director. MomsRising works to bring together millions of people who share a common concern about the need to build a more family-friendly America and bring important motherhood and family issues to the forefront of the country’s awareness.

Our work resulted in the recruitment of Jennifer Consilvio to the role.

Consilvio previously served as the CFO for Uncommon Schools, where she oversaw an organization-operating budget of $380 million and a real estate portfolio of $400 million. During her tenure, she secured financing for 3 new high school facilities, tripled the organizational reserves and moved the organization to a positive working capital position. She also modernized the organization’s financial systems and led the organization’s financial strategy through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to Uncommon, Consilvio spent 18 years at the American Civil Liberties Union, where she oversaw an operating budget of $275 million and an investment portfolio of $500 million. She also led the organization’s financial planning during its rapid expansion after the 2016 presidential election–where the organization saw its membership quadruple in size and its operating budget double.

Consilvio served in the Peace Corps in Niger, West Africa after graduating from college, where she worked on resource conservation and micro-loan projects.

Consilvio received her BA in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University. She earned her MS, Financial Statement Analysis from the City University of New York-Baruch College.
