Tracy Michelle León is a Search Associate at Koya Partners, a Diversified Search Group company. She works with senior leaders to identify and recruit top talent and is the Connector for the Hispanic/Latino Affinity Group.
She comes to Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group from Russell Reynolds, where she was first exposed to executive search. There she partnered with the head of the DE&I Practice on marketing initiatives, worked on market research in the MedTech sector, and wrote thought leadership on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Her commitment to DEIB led to her co-leading the Hispanic/ Latino Inclusion Network and partnering on the Inaugural Hispanic+ Corporate Directors Conference.
Before executive search, Tracy Michelle was in the Virtual Student Federal Service under the U.S. Department of State. There, she highlighted officers across different federal departments from underrepresented backgrounds to engage a broader candidate pool. Earlier in her career, she executed multiple aspects of management, from contracts to fan engagement for Flor De Toloache, a Latin Grammy Winning, multicultural, all-female band.
As a believer that employment is closely related to human dignity, she aims to elevate empowering leaders. Across all her roles, she has focused on improving leadership and representation. In her spare time, she enjoys attempting to keep up with her favorite podcasts and periodically escaping from New York City.
