As a Search Associate, Tatyana supports search teams on all aspects of the search process including project management, candidate development, and client support.
Tatyana joined Koya Partners as a Research Associate, where she was responsible for developing and implementing research-based strategies for a range of mission-driven clients.
Previously, Tatyana was a Senior Development Associate at All Star Code, a computer science education nonprofit aiming to promote increased diversity within the tech industry. There, Tatyana operationalized key fundraising efforts and played an integral role in developing institutional partnerships.
Tatyana began her career as a Special Assistant to New York State Senator Gustavo Rivera, where she was responsible for coordination, policy research, and communications.
Tatyana has always held a passion for helping underserved communities attain the resources they need to thrive. She discovered this passion in college through internships with nonprofits such as the Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies (FPWA) and Success Academy Charter Schools.
Civically active, Tatyana has volunteered on local campaigns, petitioning and canvassing alongside community leaders to increase civic engagement in communities across her hometown in New York City.
Tatyana earned her BA in Business Administration from Lehman College, where she was a member of the Student Leadership Program, Cheerleading Team, and Pre-Law Society.
