As a Senior Search Coordinator, Tabatha provides project management support for the Nonprofit and Social Impact practice in identifying exceptional leadership for roles across the country. In her role, Tabatha focuses on operations, logistics, and maintaining connections throughout the search process.
When Tabatha joined DSG | Koya in 2019, she was the first Search Coordinator to support the Koya Higher Education team. She has been involved with national CEO, President, Executive Director, and other senior-level searches for a broad range of clients including Together Rising, Boston Library Consortium, Penn State University, NYU Abu Dabi, The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation, ACLU, Appalachian Mountain Club, and World Central Kitchen.
Prior to Koya, Tabatha held Coordinator positions within the nonprofit and education fields. She partnered with Executives and Directors at Youth Villages in various supportive roles from operational logistics to recruiting as well as fundraising and development. Most recently she was the School Support Coordinator in a regional school district, working alongside the principal to ensure efficiency, communication, as well as safety and discipline.
Tabatha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology & Ecology and currently enrolled in the North Eastern Institute for Whole Health to become licensed in Massage Therapy. Tabatha is based on the north shore of Massachusetts.
