Sarah Wilson

Based in western Massachusetts, Sarah works to manage candidate development and client engagement on executive searches for a wide range of mission-driven organizations across the country. Sarah is passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities at the right time.

Prior to Koya, Sarah worked in talent acquisition for Curriculum Associates, an EdTech company serving millions of students nationwide. Before that, Sarah spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector, starting in development with Lahey Hospital and ending in outreach and recruitment with Year Up.

Sarah has also been active in the sports community, playing D1 ice hockey throughout college, spending a summer on the Under-22 USA Women’s Ice Hockey Team, and post-college, playing for (and captaining) the USA Women’s USA Street and Ball Hockey Team. More recently, Sarah has co-founded The United Women’s Ball Hockey Foundation and served as Babson Fellow on The BASE Board.

Sarah earned her BA in Psychology and English from Harvard University; an MA in Theological Studies from both Andover Newton Theological School and Boston University; and an MBA from Babson College. Sarah also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, in affiliation with Tufts University.
