Liz Ewing is Managing Director and Co-Practice Leader, Financial Officers at Diversified Search Group. With deep experience recruiting C-suite talent, her clients include both public and private companies, ranging from the Fortune 500 to small-cap and private equity firms.

Prior to joining DSG in 2020, Ewing worked as a search consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, since 2004. There, she served as a Partner and member of the firm’s Financial Officers, CEO and Board, Legal Risk and Compliance, and Private Equity Practices, as well as a member of the firm’s Global Quality Council.

Before entering the search field, Ewing worked in variety of financial roles, including six years at Ondeo Nalco, a $2.6 billion chemical company, where she rose through the ranks to achieve the role of Treasurer. Beginning her career at Folger Nolan Fleming Douglas Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based investment firm, she worked as a Vice President in the Banking and Corporate Finance Group at Chemical Bank (now J.P. Morgan Chase) for eleven years before joining Societe Generale as Vice President and Team Leader, managing a team overseeing a $1.8 billion portfolio of Fortune 500 companies across nine Midwestern states.
