Linda brings to Storbeck Search | Diversified Search Group fifteen years of teaching and advising students and collaborating with senior leaders around the charged issues facing universities today. Linda acutely coordinated student well-being during the 2020 pandemic and served on strategic planning committees addressing vital interventions in curricula and campus resources.
Before entering executive search, Linda managed hundreds of students’ personal welfare and academic progress as the Allston Burr Resident Dean of Winthrop House and Assistant Deans of Harvard College at Harvard University.
Appointed as a lecturer in the Department of African and African American Studies, Linda received numerous commendations for her interdisciplinary course(s) on Black women and literature.
Prior to Harvard, Linda taught in the Intellectual Heritage Program at Temple University and served on advising and strategic planning committees that led to diversifying authors in curricula and required texts.
Linda has been an invited speaker to numerous campuses on how to conduct difficult conversations in the classroom around race and equity as well as on sexual assault and restorative justice.
