Felicia Banks joins Diversified Search Group from AtlantiCare Health System where she was Director of Corporate Communications, overseeing media relations, public affairs, and internal communications.
Prior to working in communications, she has over nine years of experience in Human Resources, where she held a variety of specialist and leadership roles including operations manager and healthcare recruiter.
Felicia and her teams have won several Marketing and Communications awards including Best in Show from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Philadelphia Chapter for the internal news broadcast she created for employees. Their response to the COVID pandemic was also recognized by the New Jersey Hospital Association’s Connect Award for Outstanding Communications as well as the PRSA Pepperpot Award for Integrated Communications.
Guided by the principle, “Believe in something greater than yourself,” Felicia was a founding member and co-Chair of an Interfaith Employee Resource Group and has served on boards committed to making a difference for underserved communities.
A native of Las Cruces, NM, Felicia obtained her Bachelors in Communications from New Mexico State University and earned her MBA from Stockton University. She is a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and holds a certificate in Strategic Public relations from Cornell University.
Felicia currently resides in southern New Jersey with her husband and their son.
