Davirah (she/her) is a Senior Search Associate that helps guide executive search work for independent schools, colleges and universities, and non-profit organizations. Before joining DSG | Storbeck, Davirah helped lead non-profit searches as a Talent Consultant for another executive search firm.

Prior to executive search, Davirah spent twenty-five years in education in a variety of roles, most recently as an Associate Director of College Counselor at the Hun School of Princeton, where she also served as a co-facilitator of the school’s National SEED Project program. Her other past roles have included Counselor, Dean of Students, Coordinator of Student Activities, and Director of Multicultural Affairs.

A long-time mentor and advisor, Davirah has served on both state and national independent school professional development committees. She currently serves as a member of Swarthmore College’s Council on Presidential Initiatives. Davirah also volunteers her time as an admissions alumni interviewer for the College.
