Chris joins Koya | Diversified Search Group as a Search Associate, he supports the team’s candidate development efforts and works towards creating a world-class candidate experience.

Previously, Chris was a Technical Recruiter at The Predictive Index, a software company based out of Boston, MA. Chris was responsible for managing high-volume pipelines and creating an equitable, and exemplary applicant experience. From resume reviews to salary negotiations, Chris served as a thought/business partner to hiring managers and department leads. Earlier, Chris worked for a non-profit workforce development program called Year Up. Year Up aims to help close the opportunity divide by giving young adults an opportunity to earn internships at some of the most reputable companies in the U.S. He is also a proud Alum of Year Up Rhode Island.

Chris has a deep-rooted affinity for bringing change to hiring practices, casting wider nets to find non-traditional talent, and pushing candidate journeys to be more human-centric.

Chris is based in Providence, RI and is constantly chasing his four-year-old son, Mateo, around their house.
