Angie is dedicated to identifying and recruiting the highest-caliber leaders for mission-driven organizations across the country.

Angie has successfully partnered with colleagues to conduct searches across a range of sectors with the full lifecycle of executive search, from needs assessment and candidate development to client management. Integral to all her work is a passion and commitment to social impact and equity. Angie has experience working with many mission-based organizations including conservation and environmental, reproductive rights, social justice, and education organizations.

Prior to joining Koya|Diversified Search Group, Angie served as Director of Alumni Talent Initiatives for Teach for America where she recruited aspiring school leaders and created programming, professional development, and networking opportunities for alumni. Angie also worked as a Director of Operations for Teach for America and coached new teachers as a Manager of Teacher Leadership Development. Angie began her career as an 8th grade English Language Arts teacher.

Angie is based in Nashville, TN and is active in her local community, volunteering her time as a board member for The Nashville Food Project.

Angie received her BA in English, Creative Writing from The University of Tennessee. She earned an MEd in Teaching, Learning, and Leading from Lipscomb University, and holds a Certificate in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University.
