Associate, Executive Search

Adam Cray is a Recruitment Associate working directly with Diversified Search Group’s Global Corporate Practice, he is located in Chicago.

Cray serves as an Associate for our Global Corporate Practice. In his role, he is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts. This includes managing the research team, initial outreach, interviewing, and providing services to both the candidate and client throughout the duration of the project.

Prior to joining Diversified Search Group, Adam was with a boutique retained executive search firm where he specialized in working with Private Equity backed organizations going through change.

Adam has also worked in the Financial Consulting space, where he helped organizations find talent to implement new financial systems.
