Gillian originally joined Koya Partners, part of Diversified Search Group, in 2017 as part of a merger with Neumann Executive Search Partners. She has worked in various roles across the companies, all focused on the overlap of business process, data, and technology. In her current role as Senior Manager of Business Analytics and Reporting, she supports teams and individuals throughout the company in accessing, creating, and understanding their data.
Prior to entering the world of executive search, Gillian worked as a baker and kitchen manager in several Boston area bakeries. She retains her love of spreadsheets, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for coffee, but is delighted to no longer start work before dawn.
Outside of work, she teaches folk dance to people of all ages and keeps her local bookstore in business.
