Our work resulted in the recruitment of Serge Hyacinthe to the role.
In this role, Serge provides strategic leadership in the areas of finance, operations, and legal, information technology (IT), and administration. He leads the finance function and is responsible for building process, policy, and systems to lead ESP into the future.
Hyacinthe is an activist and social entrepreneur who’s passionate about economic justice and racial equality. He serves on the boards of the Quixote Center and MOMIES TLC and has over a decade experience in financial management. Prior to joining ESP, he led the financial and fiscal operations for PFLAG Nationals. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a JD from the David Clarke School of Law. He is currently based in Washington, DC and enjoys reading, traveling, cooking and tennis.
